I was charged with aggravated assault but the case got dismissed in court. I believe the DA used my title 40 to erase the charge from my record even though I wasn’t convicted.

What is your question? You do not have a "title 40". That comprises hundreds of Statutes. Hopefully your charge was actually dismissed, which allowed you to expunge the records. It is not automatic, and it can be extremely difficult with lesser included offenses, etc. Hire a... View More

Facts are important. Many more are needed for an answer. But, since he's been charged with a crime he needs to hire counsel asap to determine his options.

I was in someone elses car and they pulled us over for having cross tags and then he gets arrested for driving on suspended and they decided to search the vehicle. Nothing was found on me or in my things but i got charged with the drugs and parafanelia and he didnt.

Those type of drug charges happen alot. Hopefully you can subpoena the driver to the Preliminary Hearing and have him admit to crime or not talk. Hire a competent attorney now, and do not talk to driver.
If someone could point me in the right direction for an explanation or definition of it it would be greatly appreciated thanks

T.C.A. 40-25-202 doesn't exist. Please repost your question with the correct statute.

It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. First, I would read your probation agreement, and see what it says. Ultimately it is up to the judge. Courts treat Violation of Probation seriously, so I would definitely retain a local criminal defense attorney.
Because I refused to allow him to search a house I didn't live at
Felonies are all car accident related one is aggravate assault, and the other is vehicular homicide.

Your question is difficult to understand; however, I don't see anyway you can get felonies expunged. If you are seriously concerned, you should contact a local attorney in your jurisdiction.

In Tennessee we have "Handgun Carry Permits", not concealed carry permits. But yes, you can carry your weapon loaded with ammunition, including in the chamber, as long as you have a Handgun Carry Permit. Possession of the weapon can be open or concealed. The possible issue has to do... View More
TBI has told me it is a domestic violence charge. And that I cannot have it expunged even though I have an up to date list of excluded charges for expungement. It is nowhere on there. Hawkins county DA gave me the run around, and the US DA asked why I came to them it is a claim towards my county... View More

I do not know your exact situation, but I have some advice. Hire a competent attorney to first get certified copies of any and all criminal convictions that you have. Also any charges which were brought but did not become convictions need to be examined, as they are just as bad for background... View More

First of all, the Tennessee District Attorneys are very against marijuana usage, because it is a crime. If you are young, and it is your first time offence, then there may be the possibility that a good attorney could get you off of pre-trial diversion. If you could do that, then you would have a... Thanks.

I'm not sure if your criminal issue was in Colorado or Tennessee. I would contact an attorney in whichever state it occurred.
If you were not convicted, then I think you have a chance of getting it expunged. If you were convicted or entered into a plea, then you would need to talk... View More

There is no crime involved with adults associating with minors, so long as nothing criminal occurs like threats, abuse, sexual acts, etc.

I do not know what a "charge partner' is, and do not believe there is such a thing. I assume you are talking about Conspiracy, and if so, your guilty plea does not automatically make someone else guilty also. They may be a named or unnamed co-conspirator.
