If it is Federal - almost impossible. If it is a Utah felony conviction, hard, but possible for most convictions depending on the felony.

I'm currently out on bail. I accepted a plea deal and my sentencing is on the 15th of October. I am in the middle of moving locations and I may need more time to finish the process.

Q: Where will I serve time if I move to a different county before sentencing?

I'm currently out on bail. I have accepted a plea deal and I'm waiting on sentencing in about 45 days. I'm contemplating moving to a different county. Will I serve my time in the first county jail or the second county jail?

Generally you must serve time in the county facility where you are sentenced.

No. Smoking is illegal until you are 19 in Utah.

Unfortunatley yes, you can still be charged. Based on what you are saying the store would have several reasons to believe you had the intent to steal the item.
