Q: While the V. A. Hub and fidicuary stole my estate. The owner of a mortuary quoted me a price of 1800-$1900 for funeral.

The owner asked if I, surviving spose, open or closed, I said closed. It was open w/smile on face. The cost of funeral was 2 thousand more.

You need a consumer protection attorney. If you think a crime has been committed you need to call the police.

if consumer credit reports are being pulled from Credit Reporting Agencies and used for cold calling customers by phone, that would be a willful violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If you feel you are bein stalked you need to report it to the police. If you have been threatened you also need to report that to the police. I have no idea what you are saying about Sharia law. This is Utah. It is Mormon law here.

You have to be convicted of the crime. If you are just charged the judge may enter restrictions on bail but not likely. If you are convicted, most crimes have it to where you can't possess a firearm under federal law.

Q: what is the difference between " hold for owner impound" and "state impound"?

None that I am aware of. The State impounds a vehichle and holds it for the owner to retrieve it.
