Not sure what you mean by "what i can do." You can always move out. If your parents wish to evict you, they will have to file it with the Court in the county where you live and deal with it in court in order to remove you. Not sure you or your parents want it to get to this level.

Well you are a juvenile, so they can put you on supervised probation and probably make you pay for the phone. Or, if you’re lucky they may just put you on a consent decree and not adjudicate you delinquent. Good luck!

You are not allowed to speak to the judge by yourself. You should talk to your boyfriend's lawyer and ask that lawyer how to proceed. He is being paid to help your boyfriend and you and he are on the same side.
