Q: My husband and I have been married three years. We refinanced his house, loan in my name only, both of our names on the

deed. We purchased an RV with both names on the title, loan in my name. If we divorce, can he also be liable for the debt? He is threatening to take the RV and leave and I won't know where he's at. He has not worked for two years due to surgery, my salary has kept us afloat. He has no income.

Q: How can I convince the car lot that committed fraud under the KY consumer protection act to work something out with me

Without having to take them to court because we don't have the money like that as it is have a court appointed attorney in our CPS case that doesn't seem like she's trying to do what's in our best interest.

Not likely you can convince them. Hire a lawyer who will take it on contingency or at an hourly rate you can afford. The KCPA provides for an award of attorney fees if you prevail.
