Q: My ex husband & I have joint custody. I moved 2 states away but did not notify him of said move until 3 months after.

He legally objected to the move. I’m having trouble finding an attorney to take my case because I broke the law. Is this to be expected? Our current custody agreement states that if one parent takes the children out of state more than 48 hours, the other parent has the first right of refusal.
