If it is a part of your employment agreement, then yes. You should check with your supervisor (or better yet, human resources) and ask your question to them.

A private investigator's..report of adultery may result in alimony if wife 's income is low.

Cop cheating with another cop will not result in termination...but if done during work hours, might.

No. Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, employers are only required to pay their employees for the hours they work, and there is no obligation to offer paid time off for any reason. However, your employer may not discriminate or retaliate against you for taking time off work to serve on a jury.

It depends on the employers policies and procedures, and hopefully, it is contained within a written policy and procedure manual. Of course, the employee should have the right to dispute this with his employer and with the court should the employee desire to do so.
