Maryland law defines two legal types of militia under the Public Safety Article 13-202. ALL other bodies of persons organized as a military company or organization are prohibited from acting in violation of the provisions you have cited to n 13-204. That’s it. There is no need to further define... View More

Even if you are arrested for this offense, you do not have to talk, or should you choose talk, you may elect to do so only with a lawyer present, and terminate any conversation... View More

Depends on the scenario. If you are one of the co-owners/landlords of the property, and the tenant owns the dogs, and they are renting a room in the property and have access to other common areas like the kitchen, then the owners of the property can likely get charged because they live in and have... The Maryland government website says there’s a flat fee of $40 for anyone caught by a speed camera driving 12mph or more over the limit. Maryland annotated code is broken down into many "articles." Each of the articles is numbered (starting with 1-101, 1-102, etc.) Because there are dozens of different code sections labeled "1-202", you might want to re-post to clarify what article of the code you are talking about.
