Q: Is it legal to place a GPS tracking system on an RV rental without notifying or getting consent from the person renting

As it's their vehicle I believe they can put that equipment on it. Even if it wasn't it would be hard to prove damages.

Q: I would like to know how to get information and possibly join this class action suit...title "FTC v. AWS. LLC et al"

I paid the $35+K to this firm as well and have inventory basically being held in purgatory at their warehouse. I have emailed the firm that is acting as conservator for this case Robb Evans a couple times with no reply.

You should contact the County Bar Association in your area. They have programs that can help settle disputes between attorneys. Each state has different requirements for attorneys so its important to know the rule the applies and then take action accordingly.

If you took the photos, you own the rights to the photographs. If someone else took the photographs, look at your contract with the photographer.

Generally, a model release will specify the scope of what you can and cannot do with the photographs.

You'll get not a whole lot of sympathy, but assuming they didn't send you a notice saying "pick it up or else" then they are "bailees" of the item and have to care for it. They owe you the value of the item. Ask them in writing for the item or the amount you paid. Take... View More

Check your timeshare agreement. Most timeshares do assess a penalty for late payments.
