Your question went out to the family law attorneys. You should discuss this with a personal injury attorney. My thoughts are that, unless you actually suffered damages, there are no grounds for a lawsuit, but, as I said, you should check with a personal injury attorney.

Hope you told your credit card company the amount is in dispute. Did you have witnesses? Find out what they are claiming are the damages--if it's things like undercarriage likely you didn't cause them.

You can only sue for the damages you received. Other than the eeeew factor, I don't hear you suffered any damages. I assume you washed the area with an antiseptic and/or chlorox to kill any germs and viruses.

Careless of the store to leave blood around, but I'm not seeing that...

You should definitely get one. An appraisal will be necessary for any mortgage. Start with looking at the tax assessment history, but unless you are getting the whole package for more than the ground itself is worth, any problems will reduce your profit investment so you need to protect yourself.... Q: Our vehicle is rusting away. Do we have any recourse?

Bought a 2004 truck and had it rustproofed at an extra cost. Have had the rustproofing inspected and touched up as needed by the provider of the contract at the dealer where the vehicle was purchased. The truck frame is rusting away and the outer body is rusting through from the underside.

Assuming you bought it used you would have to show the dealer knew about the interior rust before selling it.

If it was truly rustproofed this shouldn't be happening. Also for rustproofing they often drill into the members, should have seen rust there. As it's a 14 year old...

Q: I bought a truck about a year half ago in pa. Truck has frame rot bought as is. The rot is at rear shackles an its bad

Generally you buy a used vehicle as is, unless the seller said the frame was good. You would have to show that it was something seller knew about and failed to tell you. If you want to do it, send him a request for refund of the payment, and you can then file in small claims for the area where he... View More

So you want to sue because you wanted to submit someone else's work as yours to a college--this is called plagiarism--and you don't think the author of the work did a good job. First, if the citation was proper but someone made an error in the author's name it's a tad sloppy but... View More

Q: can i sue a seller for shipping a lethal weapon unsafely

You can only sue if something bad happened--an injury. You don't sue because something might have happened. Assuming the weapon got to you safely then I don't see anything . If you were charged because of the shipping issue you would have a defense that you had no control over how it was shipped.

I don't see why. Don't agree to anything. You can send a note (hard copy--and you keep a copy) to the attorney saying "I don't see why we are responsible to your client. If you have a document that says we are please send us a copy so that we may review it."
