I have parent consent for the relationship and everything I'm just curious
answered on May 15, 2017
He probably gets charged with something. He might have defenses but the charges would be pretty serious. Parental consent is not a defense to anything he can get charged with. He should fammiliarize himself with 18 Pa.CS 3122.1 and related charges within that section.
He has previous charges of indecent exposure of a minor and is currently on probation.

This is a serious offense. Because I don't know all the details, it is very hard to say but based on the two pieces of information you have listed, a prior sex charge and being on probation, you would be wise to immediately find a qualified criminal defense attorney. There is no easy answer to... View More

My school has spoken to him but thats all they do. I want to press charges on him for this. But I dont know how to. Can you help

In order to press charges, you need to call the police or go to the police station.
how do i take there rights over me away?
answered on Feb 15, 2017
You can file to become an emancipated minor. That may cut off their obligation to care for you. If you have health insurance you need to find out if that would be cut too.
I haven't done anything physical, but I have said some good comebacks and give her nasty looks, and talked about what she did to me to my friends that she is also bullying to get to me. she doesn't have any evidence against me. But she has her friends lying to defend me.

Good you are looking for solutions but suing her is very cumbersome, very expensive, and may get you nowhere (which would please her). Speak with a counselor. There used to be a group in Pottstown called Fellowship Farm that may be able to give you ideas, as they've done a lot of work on... View More

The closer she gets to 18 the more rights she has. However, I'm not sure the hospital wouldn't want you there. Contact the hospital social worker because obviously there is pushback and just forcing yourself isn't going to help smoothe things out for either of you.
Pregnant, she would either kick me out or force me to have an abortion. After reading up on it legally,I know she cannot force me to have an abortion.I'm in 11th grade and would like to stay at home at least to finish school(either way I wanna finish school but staying home would be easier 100x... No but it could get difficult. I suggest that you need a counselor to help you work things out with your mom, and at the same time to make sure you are making the decision you want. Time is running out--she'll know shortly.
Even if you decided to move, you'd want it on as good... View More

He needs a public defender. He needs a lawyer before it gets more serious. Sorry, no easy answer. Bless you for being good to him.

Step back and think about your question. You have just answered "why are they doing this?" and "why might society say they can?"
Yes they can. Your option is to totally emancipate yourself, meaning they no longer have to pay for anything--even health insurance will be... View More

Nothing unless its reported to police, they investigate and find sufficient evidence to charge the teenager with harassment or assault. Then the teenager is in the juvenile system and a lot of different things can happen, including a warning and jail at the opposite ends.

No. For those required to report abuse of a minor it would be a reportable incident. Police or DCYS should be notified.
My son punched a girl in the face at school. While I am going to punish my child severely, I wanted to know if he could be charged so that I can explain the severity of what he did.
answered on Sep 20, 2016
It is possible. But bigger issue is that if she was knocked out and hit her head, she could have some very serious injury. I suggest you talk to a family counselor as he needs some behavior modification possibly. Punishment is best done with some advice. for instance with adolescents this article... View More

I think this is a duplicate. A great resource is the Education Law Center, right in Philadelphia!
So I was wondering if the suspension started when I was eligible to get them(license) at 16, when I turned 18, or does it start when I actually get my license? My license suspension is/was for 6 months

Look at the court order, check with PennDot to see what they have on their records.
They say its a felony, he was on probation in the past. What can we do to help him. Also he was questioned without a parent

A motion for de-certification can be filed to have the case sent back to juvenile court. Essentially, the defense must show that the youth is amendable to treatment, rehabilitation and supervision in juvenile court. This can be achieved through a report by a psychologist, and is more likely to... View More
