That will be a failure to appear. Get your lawyer to ask for a continuance on those grounds. Do something besides getting a mittimus or capias issued.

Looks to me like the statute of limitations in Tennessee is one year. If it is over a year you can't proceed. Contact attorneys who handle "police misconduct." You need exact dates.

Just state you are dismissing those causes of actions at the start of trial. Alot of times you have to try the case twice, once at Sessions then Circuit Court. It may or may not be your choice.

Q: I would like to sue my aunt for kicking me out without eviction, packing my things for me while I was out of town etc.
