The father of my child is already on child support for four other kids but they have not served him with the documents on our child.

If you are wholly counting on the State for your case it will take time as they handle thousands of cases. One way to make a case go faster is to hire a lawyer.

Default means you were properly notified of the suit having been filed and you failed to appear/file a response, so the Court allowed the filing party to proceed to court without further notice to you and get what they filed for.
If that happened to you, you have 30 days to file a Motion... View More
I am the father and am not the custodial parent I am wanting to get my Child support reduced as I have a other child with my current wife, also because I do not make the same amount of money that I did in California.

If the children are in CA then CA still has jurisdiction and the order will have to be modified there meaning you will need a CA lawyer.
I live in Texas now but I owe child support out of Missouri I suppose just got the letter at my job today

If you could please ask your question a little clearer. If your asking for the case out of Missouri, perhaps you could post it under Missouri family law and a lawyer familiar with that state could better answer the question; otherwise, there may be a telephone number on the letter that you can... Visitation for children is done in the best interests of the child. Factors to consider for overnight are whether the father was living with you and if so did he keep the child overnights before he moved. In general long overnight periods for a newborn at 3 months would not be likely. But, there... View More
Dad is getting a lawyer to get the kids back. One point he told me to take them with me. At the time of the child support order I was living in Tyler. Now I have moved and the kids are enrolled in the town where I live. My kids were in a unstable situation so I did what any mother would do and took... View More

It does not appear from your question that you have a duty to surrender your child for supervised visits if the fees are not paid. Good luck.
There is a domestic violence case between my husband and I. My husband also works out of town half a month. I’m trying to see how much effect a relationship would have on divorce, child support or custody. It’s been a consistent relationship and the kids have met and seem to accept him pretty... View More

Introducing your kids to a new father figure in their lives could affect the way the judge views your case. You should divorce and end things properly. I've seen a mother lose custody of her kids because she moved in with someone that she had met.
Example: We never discussed "Court Ordered Supervised Visitation"
Court was in 2015 ..2 years after ivisitation (50/50) based on our work schedules. 2 years later, after divorce from wife#3 & dating future wife #4 he says I have to follow the court order Supervised Visitation... View More

Certainly, you should have rights to see your daughter. It sounds like you may have grounds for a contempt or enforcement action. If so, you could ask for reimbursement of your attorney fees if you prevail. Let us know if you still need any other legal assistance at 888-343-4529.
Please help, my girlfriend is 6 months pregnant, she didn't find out she was pregnant till once she was 2 months. Your best bet is to hire an attorney to set out both you and the mother's responsibilites as it relates to the child. I would not suggest you rely on the Attorney General as they follow cookie cutter custody and visitation rules. You may want your own. Let us know if we can assist. 888-343-4529.
I moved my two children out of their home state of TX to SC roughly 4 weeks ago. My family took us in & have supported us. The father filed a SAPCR, where @ the first hearing in TX, the judge granted me temporary full custody, orally ordered the father to pay child support and orally ordered me... View More

It sounds like you’re in need of an attorney and I would suggest that you contact the State Bar of Texas to see if there are legal resources that you can qualify for. Good luck.

Behind about 30,000 so it was raised at modification.. I tried telling them work slowed down but they said it don’t matter. Now I’m having no money left from my check
The mother never informed me that she was pregnant. Now 4yrs later I’m hit with Child Support papers. What are the odds of getting full custody of the child if he’s mine? What steps do I need to take to ensure I get full custody? Of course after a DNA test. Court date is next month.

You have a lot going on in your post. It is best to seek legal counsel in your case in the county where the child resides. Good luck.

There is no standard possession order for a child under three so any arrangement that is in the best interest of the child may be done.
We do not share information on who we date with one another. I am ready to remarry. No. Not unless your Decree has some unusual provision ordering you to do so, which I highly doubt and would be invalid.

The child support would be addressed in the divorce. You don’t need a separate OAG case.
