If the person has been in jail for 2 months then they almost certainly have a criminal defense attorney who you should be speaking with about this situation. The attorney will figure out what to do about the "chain of custody" problem that the property release may have created for the prosecution.

Q: (TX) If I cant be forced into a contract. And pursuant to section 19 of the Texas Constitution,

I cant be deprived of my rights or disfranchised in any way. Then how is it that I can be jailed/fined and have my property taken and be treated like a criminal for carrying a firearm (sidearm) with out a license?

The same thing can be said about any other license that isnt commercial.

No, it means any one person acting in a role such as president or vice-president; just because one gets impeached (and they must be found quilty in the Senate) doesn't mean everyone gets removed.

Two years on most misdemeanors and three years on most felonies... however there are some exceptions. The only way to be 100% sure is to check the statute of limitations in chapter 12 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
