Q: In the state of Kentucky, how many days does a purchaser have after taking vehicle into their name on title?

The vehicle has been driven since December 2020 but registration and tax bills have come to us after having car for over 7 months.

Q: Are you entitled to a copy of something that you signed even if there is no date for a move-in date on it

They told her because it was not dated that she could not get a copy of it. Second part is they told her she could not move out even though her lease is up on 10 June she cannot move out until the new apartment is ready for her to move in meaning if it’s ready on the 15th she hast to stay there... Q: Company broke our fence and will not repair to original state. What do I do?

Hired a mowing company who broke our fence. Someone came to assess and only offered to place plywood over broken part which will effect resale value of home and not properly fix the issue. Q: Puppy purchased from a breeder in Ky -said it was a specific mix of breeds, DNA test showed otherwise. Is that fraud?

It depends on what was promised.what the breeder knew and how reliable the DNA test is? If the breeder knowingly misled you and sold you something he knew to be false then that could be a case for fraud.

Pay the Bill, get the itemized receipt, ask for all the old parts to be given to you, then sue him for fraud when he can’t produce them and they don’t match up with the bill.

Don’t give her a dime back snd if she sues you, you can counterclaim and win. She has committed a continuing breach snd her liability continues to increase.

I don’t immediately see any criminal law issues for your question. That sounds like a health insurance billing issue. You could try contacting someone with the Department of insurance In your home state.

Debt collector requires money orders. Payment has been waiting for them at usps for 15 days. USPS supervisor confirms that my money orders are there. Q: I had to leave my car at a park bc it wouldn't start. When I returned for it the next day it had been towed

FYI, the lot is never full and no signs about will be towed etc. Everything I owned is in there. I am homeless and literally left with my purse, now the only possession I have. Nothing will be released until fees paid. What can I do?

You’ll need to find someone to lend you the money to get the car. You can deal with the other repercussions after you retrieve the car.
