The home was not the primary residence of the deceased. Can the title be transferred from the deceased person's name to the buyer, without it being transferred first to my name. All debts from the estate are paid.

One of the joint tenants has a daughter who is his POA. she used the POA to convey his interest to herself a few weeks before he died. She did not ask the other owners nor were they notified when she did a new deed. Is this legal?

You need to object to the admission of the documentary evidence when it is being offered into evidence at trial. The Judge will decide if the admission is prejudicial, relevant and admissible.
