1 Answer | Asked in Child Custody for California on
Q: How do I go about changing the visitation schedule of my child and I? 50/50. Will a judge give a dad 50/50 custody?

We already have a custody agreement. 50/50 legal custody. And my visitations are every other weekend. We got along fine and she was letting her be with me 50% of the time until she got mad that I got married and took her from me except every other weekend.

Q: If you were to commission (pay) an artist to draw an imaginary character you made, who would hold the rights to it?

My extended question is since you paid the artist to draw your imaginary character you made, would it then be legal to remove the artists' logo if they added it? Also would it make a difference if you paid them to draw a character they made up rather than the one you made up? Thanks!
