Sounds like you don’t have any specifics in place upon your initial filing for divorce. In general both parents have rights to their children. Get temporary orders in place if you’re concerned.

You can have them live with you primarily if your order is modified 1st to reflect such. Speak to a attorney regarding your desires.

More than likely the father will not sign anything he doesn't even get involved Mom voluntarily signed her rights Through a notary And 2 witnesses Do we have a standing for adoption

If you already have “full custody” then I’ll assume for this question you have court ordered custody. Yes, you have standing to seek adoption. Get an attorney to proceed. Good luck. 888-343-4529.
I sold all of my things when we moved in together. Also, he sold my car and purchased a vehicle for me that I can not afford.. he did this so I could take all of our kids to their functions. I have two children, he has one living with us.

Consult an attorney to establish temporary order once you are ready to file for divorce concerning your ability to stay in home until divorce.

You can not force a parent to visit. You can file for child support and then that person is responsible whether he visits or not. The Attorney General assists with establishing child support orders. Connect with them.

If there is no order in place then he should petition the court to establish his parental rights over his son.
Since before she can remember she has been in and out of homeless shelters, being evicted and staying in hotels, I believe it is in her best interest to be emancipated and stay with me until she is older because her Situation is very unstable and her father is very possessive

She would have to show that she can take care of herself in order to be emancipated. If she has to stay with someone else they it is probably going to be hard to prove this.

Contact a lawyer right away and provide them with all of the orders from the court. If you do not have them then they should obtain copies from the court. Your parental rights outweigh sister in law's rights. However, if you do not act right away then you are compromising your case. Good luck.
