You can go to the courthouse where the case was heard and have the clerk provide you with the file to look at. You can have copies made for whatever the fee is for doing so. Child support is based on income, so it is unlikely that it would have any effect. In deed, if she is earning less than she was at the time of the support order, child support could be increased. If you were awarded part of the pension, you are entitled to payment purusant to the plan. If the plan indicates it is when he retires, the answer is yes, you have to wait. This means that those persons who were occupying the house have been dismissed from the case. An example would be when a Plaintiff names a tenant without knowing that the house had been vacated.

You need to file an objection and state why it is in your son's best interest that these should not be cashed out. Due to his age, the court may want some input from your son.

I am unfamiliar with that term. However, Indiana does allow for third parties to have custodial rights, so in theory each biological parent could have custody along with a defacto custodian

Do a google with the terms factoring and security agreements and the state and/or major city that you are in. You cna also contact the local bar association to see if they have a referral system. Those are just a few ideas.

I am not licensed in texas. However, I can tell you that generally the ways out are by bankruptcy or sale, unless you have grounds for rescinding the agreement with the person or entity fomr whom you purchased the time share from.

I hope that the child is ok. You should consider notifying your homeowners insurance carrier of the incident. If you fail to do so, and the child requires extensive medical care or has scarring, your insurer may claim that you have waived coverage.
