When a child is adopted, parental rights and child support are terminated. However since he is paying child support, he must be notified of the proposed adoption. I'll bet he will consent to it since he has shown no interest in the child.

No Oklahoma statute or law exists on this subject. You don't indicate who the bedroom is shared with, but it's a matter of parental discretion, and what's in the best interests of the children.
