It depends on where you drive it. If the state you drive it in requires front plates, it has to have front plates. If the state doesn't require front plates, you don't have to display front plates there.

It looks like both of you have been found liable to some extent, at least based on tickets issued. If the other...

It sounds like you’ve been through a tough situation, and it’s understandable that you’re concerned about your rights. The suspension and revocation of your driver’s license are typically based on state laws, and while it may feel unfair, the government does have the authority to enforce... View More

My son was driving my car and passed through a blinking yellow light on a main street. Another car was coming out of a side street making a left hand turn and t boned my son on the drivers side. My son was issued a citation for failure to yield on a yellow light. Is this right?

The police report is not admissible to prove fault. A clever attorney can hire an accident reconstructionist to establish liability on the other driver if the facts support that. Reach out to one of us privately for more specific advice.

Can it? Yes, but not likely. The jurisidiction you are in has a set fine schedule and what other fees/amounts which may be assessed in connection with an adjudication. Unless the Judge has gone in excess of this it is not considered excessive. If you are unable to pay the fine, you can go back... View More
