What? Your question is a little confusing. If you have been charged with an offense, you should hire a Criminal Defense Attorney to assist you right away. If you have been a victim of a crime, you need to report it right away and the prosecutor will decide who should be charged, not you.

Q: How long does one county in Illinois have to extradite an inmate from another Illinois county for a felony warrant?

The holding county will typically hold the person until the other county comes and picks them up or the holding county no longer wishes to hold the person. There is not set time frame.

Q: Can I go to jail for a crime i did at 12-13 years old?

First, it is likely your first charge was amended to an Attempted Possession charge. Second, since this is your second charge, it is much more serious because you have already been given a chance on your first charge. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you right away.

It means you're being charged with a crime and you have to appear in front of a judge.
