With the 2024 elections I am in the position where my husband might be sent back to Mexico. I have a 4 year old child from a previous marriage. I have physical custody. Father does have visitation and also pays support. How difficult would it be to move with my current husband down to Mexico?
Temp order he was order to pay all marital debt, violated my visitation time, got rid of stuff in the marital home. I want to bring that up since it’s relevant to exactly what he’s doing now.
