The schedule is still the schedule. Parent B needs to seek modification of parenting time with the court since he unilaterally moved away. You don’t have to inform her of anything. You have custody and can act in the children’s best interests.

There is no law, no. However, it can be done by agreement or by order of the court if there is no agreement.

If the child is endangered by going to TN, then no. If you’re just not comfortable with it, then discuss additional safeguards that would make you comfortable with letting the child go.

Q: I lost custody of my 2 boys and my parents have had them. I went and completed 1 year long rehab.
