No, child support and visitation have nothing to do with each other, and 2 wrongs don't make a right. If he's not paying his child support, you can file a rule to have him held in contempt. Likewise, if you refuse to allow him visitation, he can file to have you held in contempt.
But during the course of time she became incarcerated then her sister kept the kids for a few months. I filed through the state with no attorney. Child support office is claiming they can't find out where he work. He's a truck driver with cdl and they still haven't suspended his license with 20k in arrears. If his license is threatened to be suspended he'll pay.
