I filed through the state with no attorney. Child support office is claiming they can't find out where he work. He's a truck driver with cdl and they still haven't suspended his license with 20k in arrears. If his license is threatened to be suspended he'll pay.

Contact the district attorney for your parish to file for contempt. If he hasn't paid in 6 years, you have 4 more years to do this. After that you start to lose money.
Ncp claims to have child by his family members wife that he pays non court ordered support for.
He is also married to another woman with no minor kids between them.
Will this child be considered in our support case if he is able to provide a DNA test and bank transfers?
