my parents and i constantly argue and i want to move out, my friends mom has already told me i can stay with them as long as i pay rent which i would be fine with. but would my parents be able to stop me if they wanted to?

You are not going to like my response.... but I dont think I have ever met a 16 or 17 year old ( including myself when I was that age) who did not argue / fight with his / her parents. The fact that you and your parents are fighting does not mean that you are wrong or that they are wrong.... simply... View More

Sex does not matter, age matters and if this gets sexual in any way it could be considered endangering a welfare of a minor.
I just found this information out. Can I press charges against this young man if he refuses to stop seeing her, and can I press charges against my ex wife for child endangerment?
answered on Nov 29, 2019
Yes you can file charges. There is a long list of possible criminal charges that can be filed against both the 19 year old and your ex-wife. The sooner you take action the less danger your daughter will be in. Good luck.
We have open harassment charges against them because they constantly harass us day in and day out. This is something that we think they have done just to get on our nerves but I’m worried about what they will do with footage of my two year old.

It's generally not considered illegal to have a camera recording in public unless for example it was used to look inside a private area in your house via the window etc.

This is a criminal offence which you should never discuss online or over the phone today, because it can be traced right back to you and thus to her. Set up a consultation with an experienced criminal lawyer that's your best bet to get the right Advice. It may cost a few bucks to discuss the... View More

No, you are not emancipated. You could have significant legal problems if you try to do so, as could the 18 year old.
Can the police release info or inform the ambulance squad of his arrest to the ambulance squad since he is a minor?
answered on Jan 6, 2019
The answer to this depends because generally you need a license to be an EMT they could kick him off the squad however will they find out is the question you may have to tell them anyway. Your best bet is to get a good lawyer to fight the case you may have a defense and even if he doesn't... View More

More information as to the crime and the court you are in, but generally yes. However either way if you have a criminal charge you need a lawyer.

Of course you would be best served by speaking with an attorney to see what your best options... View More

The Answer pretty much depends on the facts of your case and if you have any priors. That being said you're pretty much looking at some jail time which is called juvenile defense. In general the better the lawyer you have the less time you will do.

Sex offenders are required to register with their local authorities with their names, addresses, and places of employment after they have finished their sentences. That is a portion of the punishment they face upon their release from prison. Due to Section 170101(d) of the Violent Crime Control... View More

Depends on what you say and how you say it as it could under certain circumstances be a crime.

When a Juvenile Court judge sentences a juvenile to probation, it is for a finite period of time e.g. 1 year, 3 years etc.Being emancipated into adulthood does not automatically terminate probation.
Should I try to emanipate the child is not in school and works full time wont be 19 until 2019 can I get this emancipated and be over with it or will I still have to pay child support even through the child isnt in school and works full time she dropped out of school in 2016
answered on Feb 8, 2018
You do not need to wait until the child is 19. There are many factors the court will consider when emancipating a child, including whether the child is pursuing an education and their ability to be self-supportive. I would need more details from you than are here. You should consult with an... View More

If you're a minor in New Jersey you must have moved "beyond the sphere of influence" of both parents. This means the court must first find that you're responsible, independent, able-bodied, not attending school, not on public assistance, not in need of financial support, no... View More
