Q: Can my employer, with approximately 20 employees, not give me my full time job back when my maternity leave is up?

I requested 6 weeks off, and 4 weeks into my time off, my boss is telling me they couldn't hold the full time job open and offered me a different part time job. Is that legal?

Q: My husband is being forced out of the job he has been at with Wyndham Vacation Resorts for 15 years. We need a lawyer.

There is also sexual harassment during an employee meeting with at least 3 witnesses and the company wants to do nothing about it. They also owe for 13 years of unpaid overtime. I know my rights. What can be done about this?

Q: Can I file for wrngfl term.? Even if I won work comp claim? Was fired for no call no show, but did call.

I only received 1/2 of what I would've got in settlement had we waited another yr. As work comp denied claim. I had an umbilical hernia. Due to repeated heavy lifting on the job for a scaffolding and shoring comp.? Still having stomach issues from it.
