Q: My girlfriend was assaulted by a 20 year old man. She has bruises. Police still haven't done anything. What can I do?

20 year old black man forced my girlfriend to kiss him while groping and biting her neck and breasts. This happened at the WSU campus. The police only told him to avoid contact. What can be done?

Police are never required to gave consent from both parties

Q: My brother is currently being held in the county jail facing charges of aggravated domestic battery.

The victim had an audio recording of the incident of gave it to the police 2 months of it supposedly happen. Is that audio recording enough evidence for the courts to convict him with aggravated domestic battery charges. The girl refuses to go to court and brags about how the recording is fake.

No. Call your local public defender and try to convince them that you cannot afford to hire a criminal defense lawyer.

In most states a superseding indictment of the same person usually includes all previous crimes stated in the original indictment plus all the new crimes set forth in the superseding indictment. However, the prosecutor is not bound by or confined to anything while drawing up any kind of indictment.

If a law enforcement officer is exercising a valid warrant and happens to find some other stuff related to any crime they are investigating they can arrest you and whoever else involved--for a different crime.

If I understand your question, I think you are asking if the time you spend on probation counts against the time you might have to serve if the probation is revoked.

Q: A person threatened to hunt me down and break my legs tonight via messenger (several times), and I have evidence.

I sold him a running engine, (very cheaply) which he modified, and then the engine failed. He is now threatening to hunt me down and break my legs, in writing.
