Simply sign a rescission or revocation of the POA and give notice to the grantor.

Yes. If they failed to disclose the defects, you have a cause of action against them.

Yes. But One would have to seen the contract for sale and closing documents to properly and thoroughly answer your question. However, you do have recourse.

Q: I need a lawyer to change the name of a House deed and to obtain the release from my mortgage company. It is paid off.

The house was paid off 5/2020 and they have yet to release the deed. The deed however is in my former name and I need to switch the name over to my current married name put my husband's name on the deed as well.

You can cancel the contract and keep the deposit for their breach of the contract.

You should have each piece surveyed and divided into tracts. Each piece of land will require a separate description. If you don’t survey it now, you are headed for legal trouble later.

You’re pretty much stuck if you’ve already closed. Also depends on the penalty for breach of contract. You might try contacting the sellers directly and asking them.

Give him notice in writing to pick it up within 30 days or you’re disposing of it. After that, you can do whatever you want with it.

Probably, yes. Fraud in the inducement is sufficient for you to terminate extension.
