This is a very fact-specific question. Accordingly, it would depend on what happened. Can they be in trouble for discharging the firearm in city limits? Can they justify their actions? Can they show they were coming to the aid of the other dog? Frankly, the "right" answer is going to... Read more »

If you wish to discuss your case with an attorney, you could simply ask. However, in many firms, until a case is developed to the point of being prepared for depositions and other pre-trial activities, it is often paralegals who are most familiar with the file. Paralegals gather much of the initial... Read more »

A suggestion would be to inform the office respectfully that you’d like to speak directly to the attorney about a particular matter. Sure accommodations could be made. Every firm handles this differently. Good luck to you.

Research the lawsuit and contact the attorneys involved; talk to a cpa about how you can check your returns and if you dispute the records the IRS has then ask the IRS how you have them corrected.

The County Attorney for the county where the offense occurred makes any charging decisions about whether to move forward with charging the matter out. I am assuming that there must be some valid reason why he or she is choosing not charge the case.
stoplight and hit another car. How do I know whether to sue the limo driver for not braking or the company for possibly not maintaining the brakes?

answered on Oct 29, 2018
It could be both. Even if the brakes were bad, the driver must have known that before he took you on as a passenger. You should contact an attorney who has experience in this area of the law for help. Generally there is no cost for a conference and generally most attorneys work on a percentage... Read more »
Wondering about people using megaphones, or even yelling, in others' ears. Protesters seem to think it's OK as long as they're not touching the target. I can tell you that it hurts, and I'd like to be able to defend myself against the physical assault.

answered on Aug 7, 2018
Yelling can be considered assault, depending on the circumstances. However, if you resort to violence, it will be very difficult to claim self-defense

Yes, and perhaps you will not have to sue and just settle out of court. Of course McDonalds may contest what happened and if so it is your burden to prove that is how you broke your tooth. You should consult an atty to help you.
