A court would have to allow that. You just can't move in, or their mom and you could get in trouble. If there are problems at home, talk to a school counselor, family member, or other trusted adult.
I lost him on Nov 23rd and today so see he listed on a humane society page for adoption in another county how do I go about reclaiming him

Call the humane society, of course. When a dog is lost, the shelters are required to hold the dog for a short period of time and make some effort to locate the owner. But, they are allowed to list them for adoption pretty quickly.

The major downsides to hiring a new attorney are two. (1) you have to pay another attorney. (2) the new attorney will need time to get up to speed and must fit your case into his or her schedule meaning there may be significant delays.
My mom steals money from me and does things that she shouldn't be doing. She is very manipulative. I want to be emancipated so I can move in with my friend who is also under 18 but lives with her parents. I am able to support myself because I have a job and I am very responsible.
