I know the suit was filled by my Grandmother/Uncle/Aunt and Mother for the death of my Uncle that drowned in Loran Ohio, I believe the ore ship was out of Escanaba, MI.

Go to the records department of the clerk of the court where the lawsuit was filed. You should be able to search by the case number or by the legal name of one of the parties.
The death was deemed a suicide, in 2007. I have the CSI officer's name. My mother did not have any other children, however, my dad, her husband before she died is still alive and I live with him. The case is closed.

I don't think it's a CSI report you are looking for; perhaps an autopsy report? You are going to need an adult to help you get that.

You're not getting judge's notes, however. But most everything else, there is a way - through HIPAA or FOIA.

No. Wrongful death is a civil case. Presumably the insurance company for the hospital or doctor she worked for has given her an attorney and she can discuss the case with that person.
