Even if there is one they'll say that they sent you a correspondence which was ignored and then courts will toll the SOL assuming there is one.
I was in a abandoned building but I wasn't doing anything. My friend was damaging the place and my other friend was telling him to stop.

Depends on your record and your co-defendants and what you were doing and the victim and the prosecutor and the Judge and maybe the police officer and certainly your attorney and you. If you have no record and a decent lawyer then it wouldn't be difficult to convince all the parties involved... View More

Most likely yes but you have to ask the institution that he'll be applying for a loan with.

Yes but it's up to the prosecutor to agree with it and if he or she do not agree then you're out of luck.

Apply for public defender in court. If wife produces insurance even if after the fact the PD will help with no loss of license. If Hus has no record PD will help with keeping it that way.

You can call the municipal court and they will tell you.
Was given a ticket for abandoning on private property
answered on Nov 18, 2018
You might have an argument there but it's not worth the fight because this ticket is only a fine and to fight it you'll need to make at least two appearances in court and have a trial and there's still no guarantee that you will win.

Maybe if you were helping him violate in some way but it's rare to be brought up on such charges.
I was told that, unbeknownst to me, by obtaining a driver's license I subjected myself to the jurisdiction of a woman sitting as a judge in a Municipal court.
I believe she's lying.

He should get a lawyer bc he's in trouble with mvc if he gets four points and that's what he's facing.
I drove on the side of traffic, as if I were going to make a right turn, and a police officer saw me and gave me a ticket for unsafe driving. But I just read that for first offense for unsafe driving in NJ, there is no points for first offense only third offense are subject to points. Am I correct?

unsafe driving 39:4-97.2 yes. if you use it within five years after second time then you'll get four points. first two are zero points. are you talking about the same statute? you may be talking about 4-88b

You will have to do straight time. Too many excuses and explanations for a court to accept.

You should call the court to find out.
I haven't been stopped in forever for any reason or haven't received any ticket by mail. I received a letter stating that my License was suspended because of a traffic ticket of 6 months ago that I never received on a town I haven't been. Please Help! Thank you!
answered on Nov 8, 2018
You should go to the municipal court in the town where it says you got the ticket and ask for the copy of the ticket to find out the officer who wrote it and go next door to the police dept and ask to speak to the officer to find out what this is all about.
We can prove through Life360 app which monitors phone activity while in motion and Verizon that she was not using her phone while in motion. She was at a red light. Two questions, will the judge accept this and shouldn't the citation be 39:3-13.4 as she is a probationary license holder until 18?
answered on Nov 7, 2018
Judge is not likely to accept this for several reasons such as hearsay so he'd get rid of this issue but telling you that someone from the cell phone co. needs to be here to testify to this to get it admitted into evidence and good luck doing that unless maybe you are that person bc most ppl... Just pay the fine because it's a lot of time and aggravation dealing with this in court. If you don't mind then go to court and ask them to dismiss it based on simple mistake but don't bet on them helping you although they may give you minimums.
Im in nj and it was suspended in nj. Ive been to court and am currently paying all my fines. Suspension starts when you go to get your license. You will not get your license at 17 bc of the prior driving while unlicensed. You actually have to wait six months for each and every driving while unlicensed that you have on your record. You will have to serve every six month period that you... View More

answered on Nov 5, 2018
Yes even if they turn themselves in and victim doesn't place charges if there's evidence of it they will charge. That person shouldn't make any statements bc that's evidence.

You're going to get a fine for feeding the cats and the court costs on top of it.
