Since you are filing, it should be where you primarily reside. Your lawyer will know which district (Northern or Central) is most advantageous for a debtor to file.
Parent is lying to CPS saying that the child is out of control. Parent is saying that they already had court but nobody has said anything to the kid.
I was unaware of his guns being missing so to speak. To my knowledge he still had them when i left the house in September 2024 and moved into my own apartment. He is threatening to press charges on me for doing something i have no part in or eve knew about happening if it eve really did happen.

If she can prove the dog is hers, you’ll have to give her back. If she can’t proved the dog is hers, then it’s up to you. Is the dog microchipped? That could solve the mystery.
