You should absolutely schedule a consultation with a traffic lawyer in your local area to discuss your case. Reckless driving is a serious ticket. A lawyer may be able to work with the Commonwealth to reduce the charge.

Q: What is the maximum percentage of income taken for child support in Virginia?

Child support was set at 950 a month but there also is a portion of the agreement stating that non-custodial parent will pay 50% of work related child care expenses that exceed 540 a month. Childcare should already have been included in the child support total.

This happened a few years ago. Their landscaper was negligent. I don't mind, however, can they claim right to my property if I do not notified them in writing? I have told them about the situation.

Generally speaking, Virginia is harsh on crime. We do not allow expungments where there was a finding of guilt or facts sufficient to establish guilt. Your only option is a pardon from the Governor, and those are rare. Consider consulting with a local Criminal Law attorney.
