Consenting to custody by someone else does not change your support obligation; only adoption would end the obligation of support

In Louisiana cs I pay $500 a month for one child and now I'm getting put on child support for two more kids on a different case I only make $14 an hour

Your attorney can file for child support in your custody case in 19th JDC and can file an exception in 24th JDC to child support since you are domiciliary parent.

Biological father can not relinquish rights in LA unless there is an adoptive father.

Hello, I owe state alot of back child support for a child who is now 20 years old. I was incarcerated a majority of his life am I responsible during times of incarcerated. also is it too late to order paternity test?

1) vet that gave any shots or did any exams,

2) Missouri Dept of Agriculture,

3) American Kennel Club,

4) Post several negative ads on social media.

Q: If I accept all responsibility for a felony theft charge, will my co-defendant be able to walk free.
