Is there any sort of warranty on the vehicle? Have you had an independent mechanic or other dealer dianose the problem? Can they testify that the work performed is the cause of the problem? Possible and very easy. Just execute a special power of attorney empowering the person whom you want to sign documents to do just that. Be careful and make sure it is properly drafted.
