I’m not sure I understand the question. If you have to give the dog back to the breeders, then you should do it so that way he can be rehomed safely to someone who can actually care for and about him.
Our home was broken into and our dog was stolen we now have found him and the person that has him is requiring we pay 1000$ to give him back to us. Isn't this against the law. She has already admitted that he is ours and that the person we suspected that broke into our home did bring her the dog.
