Q: Once I've filed a domestication of foreign judgment for my custody, what should be done next in getting my 16yr old back

Her father and family are keeping her from me and I have full custody he only has visitation if I agree upon it. Her father is also not a citizen of this country.

You can file a contempt action if the father is withholding the child in violation of the custody order.

As with most criminal charges, the law is written like a large blanket, far too large to allow any misconduct to escape being covered. The word "structure" will be a key part of this case, and how that may be shown to have been part of a building or porch.

If you have custody, then no one else can keep your child from you against your will.

Possibly. So, why risk it? Plus, if something really bad happens, and it sometimes does, you can go to prison.

Try to keep a recorder or video going at all times, when that bulky May come around. Capture his or her conduct and words, and let the police take that person off the street....

No. Any unmarried father in Georgia has to file for legitimation.

The 19 is my step brother but i have a bad relationship with him. Actually wish I didn't have a relationship with him unless he gets help.

Q: My 17 year old brother got in a fight and has to go to a probation hearing, but his guardian refuses to take him.

What can happen to him for not being able to go because she as the person who has custody will not take him? Or will something happen to her instead?

If he does not appear for the probation hearing, he will likely have a warrant issued for his arrest. He should do his best to attempt to find other transportation.

Almost certainly, yes. And, this can be a felony, depending on the circumstances.

Read what the paper you received says. Also if you are on some type of juvenile probation you may have a secondary issue.

If you have not already legitimated, you will have to file for legitimation and custody and file against both the mother and the person with whom your child is living.

The law allows anyone who is competent to represent themselves in court in civil matters if they want to do so. Many court clerk offices have forms online to get the matter started.
