You need to talk to an attorney about filing for divorce. Eviction is not proper in this circumstance.

Q: My wife and I had our son before we got married. He is almost ten years old now . Should I still legitimize him?

Also I have police reports where one guy "her ex" kicked the door in and broke TV and caused a really big scene in front of my 9 and 3 year old because she had another man in the bed with her. It's adultery. How long do I have to file a divorce to commit her for it? I just... View More

The marriage legitimated your child, so you don't have to file to legitimate him. Filing for divorce based upon adultery doesn't give you an advantage unless there is a possibility of alimony. Most people divorcing are sleeping with someone else, so judges don't care anymore. 99%... View More

Talk to a local attorney. Attorney's are not familiar with forms because we draft our own pleadings. Talk to someone about representing you in an appeal, as this is a serious matter and can have far reaching consequences if you are placed on the registry.

A group home is for orphans, not some sort of punishment like jail. She's already probably too old to be adjudicated unruly. Her bigger problem is going to be getting a driver's license, a job, etc. Best of luck to her.

It was ordered "12 months of temporary guardianship or untill further order by this court while the parents comply with the courts order". So is it really over or do I need approval from the court to get my daughter back after a year?

Take your order to an attorney to review with you. The language and context of this is very important. My instinct would be to say that the plain language of the document says it is up, but it sounds like there is more to this.

It is possible that you have a good case, but because you do not know the rules of the court, those facts may never come to light. if your case is still pending, an appeal will most likely be... They are looking for his household "support" and assets.

Most would not go to this extreme. If you don't provide, the worse thing is that they do not let the State pay.

If your son is going to fight, he needs to be with a DUI specialist. If he is going to plead...

If he has no other place to live, then you need to advise him,...
