Q: How do I proceed with legal action against a hospital for giving me third degree radiation burns on my face from a CT

Scan that left imprints of teeth tongue and bone of my mouth inside on the outside of my face on both sides of my cheeks.

You may have a good case. Consult with experienced malpractice attorneys in the state where this occurred.

Medical malpractice means that a doctor violated the standard of care. A bad outcome is not enough. Another doctor would be needed to evaluate what the doctors did.

It would probably not be a viable case.

The first issue is did the doctor commit malpractice. Medical malpractice means that a doctor violated the standard of care. A bad outcome is not enough. Another doctor would be needed to evaluate what the doctors did.

Q: Piece of foley balloon left inside of my bladder after I had my C-section in December 2021

Much depends when, where, and most importantly whether your nerve damage was caused by a deviation from the standard of care during this surgery. It's impossible to know the answer to the last point without a thorough review of your hospital records, your operative report, and post-operative care.
