The vet bill is $355 and will be more charges in the coming 8 weeks, a neighbor said he saw who did it and pointed them out to me. It is clear they were definitely speeding well over the limit based on the injuries. What can I do?
Was hit by an unlicensed, also illegal immigrant driver another man's work van. The owner was cited for driving w/o license, and negligence causing a wreck. He plead guilty. My attorney filed suit for the usual plus punitive damages. What's my potential outcome from this?

That is incorrect. It is a rebuttable presumption that bc you did not have your license, you are at fault. However, it can be rebutted by the fact that the car pulled in front of you, thus causing the accident. You are not at fault as you have rebutted the presumption.
Will I go to jail , loose my license or just show them my insurance . Is there a way to do this without going to court

Bc there was an accident, you’re going to have to go to court. If you had insurance at the time and you’ve corrected the registration, it probably all gets dismissed but you should hire a lawyer to ensure that’s how it goes.

It means if you are reported to the DOT as having cancelled or not having insurance coverage, the DOT will send you a notice requesting proof of insurance on the vehicle. If proof is not provided, theDOT will cancel your cars registration.

The intermediate license is a minor traffic offense. The person who rear ended the other person is at fault, license or no license, dui or no dui, because that is the direct and proximate cause of the accident.

Take a criminal complaint against both the owner and the driver in district court. You'll get paid a whole lot faster as restitution than you will as a judgment.

Not if you have the semi truck drivers information. You were not operating your vehicle so you can sue the truck driver and his company if they do not pay your claim.
