I'm assuming that your question goes to an involuntary commitment to the state hospital. Without more information regarding the circumstances of your pick-up, you will need to consult an attorney to see if anything can be done.

Ask for a refund. I assume you didn't have anaphylactic shock. Understand you do not get a recovery for what could have happened but for what did happen.

Q: Can a lawful alien permanent resident (green hard holder) purchase a gun in Mississippi?

My wife's dad is a UK citizen and is a permanent resident (green card holder). He lives in Mississippi for many years. Can he purchase a firearm for home defense or hunting? Does he needs a hunting license or firearm permit to purchase the gun? Thanks!

Did you follow the advice of just one of the many lawyers you contacted? He needs a private criminal defense attorney on his side. Once an attorney is retained, perhaps the attorney can look into this further and do something about it.
