Yes, generally if you have a restraining order against you and they find something to show you have contact with the victim, you would be arrested on a warrant and can even be held over until trial. Get a lawyer if you think they may find something, especially one good with hiring and using a... View More

Q: How can I get copies of text messages from 2021 and 2022 from T-Mobile? There are roughly 475 texts I would like to read

It is highly unlikely T-Mobile has the content of text messages from 2021 and 2022. Usually the content of text messages is stored on the devices used to send and receive the messages. Cellular phone companies do not independently retain copies of such content. You should ask one of the parties... View More

This is not a simple question and it may not be cost-effective to retain counsel. But you need to play it safe and make sure you have written consent to record. Fair use is a complex issue. Your channel is for profit, and unless you have the proper corporate entity for your YouTube channel, you... View More

That is not your problem as you do not need to be using your phone to get a cell phone ticket, just holding it for example is enough unless you fall under one of the exceptions. A pro se will rarely ever win a ticket in court as even most lawyers have a low success rates for cell phones tickets.... View More

Q: In New Jersey, what are the teen sexting laws? If I am 16 and my girlfriend is 18, can we send private sexual photos?

I thought about doing stuff by sharing private sexual photos with her and talking to her about sending them too, but I want to know what is legal first. If she is an adult sending them to me is that legal?

You both run the risk of being charged with possession of child pornography. In addition, it is a very bad idea to share nude or intimate pictures of yourself with anyone.

Could it affect your immigration status, yes absolutely. But I am confused about your facing trial.... View More
