You said you could not find statute. You also thought it was spelled "wreckless." I advised you that it is sepelled "reckless" so that it may help you in your future research

Made left turn officer claims almost caused wreck although was plenty distance at 35mph even if waa as close as law would allow 3.5 carlengths
