Q: Can I have my own vehicle towed in the state of Oregon?

It's not supposed to be where it's at. The person in possession never took it out if my name. I could potentially get in trouble since it's still in my name. The person is uninsured, and come to find out, doesn't have a drivers license. He's suspended in the state of California.

An Oregon attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. One could always have their own vehicle towed - but it looks like isn't really what your situation is. It looks like you sold the vehicle and the paperwork is in limbo as to ownership/titling/registration. You... View More

I am not saying your attorney is or is not telling you the truth, but this is unfortunately fairly common with cases that include medical bills. Plus, your insurance company may not know about all the potential liens. In fact your own insurance company may not even know if it has a lien, as those... View More

You could ask your homeowners. Overhanging branches are a form of trespass. Roots it's not so clear. If they are held to be trespassing and lift the pavement the answer would be yes. However it's possible that from some readings the law would be no.

It is not really clear.
