I've had trouble finding lawyers with this focus but I have plenty of documentation, the support of their supervisor and definitive HIPAA violations. I can't afford to pay up front. But I need to know where to take this case.

The only ways to do this is with an internet search or calling lawyers; if they do not handle, ask for a referral. Many such cases are not viable due to the nature of litigating medical malpractice cases.
