Q: I’m 16, I was truant to school and I have over 1,000 dollars in fines and suspended my license 3y how can I get it back?

I need a job but I have no way there so I really need my license how can I get it back or unsuspended for three years ?

Q: Can I make the village replace my driveway from years of their snowplows turning around on it.

You may be able to seek a remedy if you are able to prove that the damage was caused almost entirely from the plows and no other use or condition. That seems like a pretty high burden of proof.

Municipalities issue arrest warrants when fines are not paid. That is legal in Wisconsin and many other States.
