Q: I need a divorce/family law attorney to file a few papers and come tell the courts that my ex-husband is in contempt.

My ex-husband is well off & has stopped paying support against court orders. I believe this is called contempt, and need a divorce/family law attorney to let the courts know & enforce collection. Any help finding one is much appreciated! Thank you. ~

however, i do not do that sore of litigation.

that would be civil litigation, not criminal.

chances are you would only find a lawyer to do so on an hourly, not on a contingency

Q: Can a domestic violence case thats been dismissed along with dropped charges be reopen? I never went to testify.

This happen in the state of Oklahoma. I didn't go to testify and so the case was close and dismissed. The case was close in

November 5,2020. I didn't want to press any charges at the time.

you need to ask for a consultation with an Oklahoma Lawyer.

if case is dismissed it is over..............but it just may not have been prosecuted for some reason

the case jurisdiction is Idaho and that is where a judge will determine what happens.

it is not up to a victim to determine if charges are to be dropped.

in the eyes of the law the state of Idaho is the victim.

My stepmother listed my address as hers and was granted a move out order for me she does not live with me. She put my fathers address where I live maliciously to sabotage me taking care of my father who is very ill and she moved out.prior to seeking restraining order

I suggest you consult with and hire an experienced, reputable attorney in your area who handles domestic violence cases. By the nature of the injuries described, it may be filed as a felony. You have several potential defenses.

Did the male report the "rape" immediately?

If not, the law favors the child being cared for more than it cares about the details of the act of procreation.

The victim is my mom. I got into a argument with her and she hit me. I stopped her by grabbing her by her wrists. And when she continued I grabbed her shoulders and asked her to calm down.

if you are going to be charged with a crime the court will appoint a public defender at the arraignment.

Q: Can I sue my parents for extended misogyny and trying to marry someone to me when I was 14. I don’t want to know why.

I want to know why they did that to me. They have refused to acknowledge that it has caused me distress for 25 years. I want to know why they did it in the first place. I just want them to have to acknowledge it and stop lying and be accountable in a public forum.

You still owe the bail bondsman for posting bail on your behalf because uou entered into a biding contract with him (or he) independent of the charges being "dropped" (never filed or dismissed).
